We’re all familiar with the latest and greatest in fitness gadgets (think Smart Watch and Jawbone) that make it easy to get an optimal workout and stay in touch with the tech world. Group classes also offer a lot of additional fuss with new tech and plenty of props that really turn your average workout into something more involved. While we may like staying connected to the outside world even during our most grueling workouts, it seems the trend is leaning more toward a more simplistic routine for 2014.
HIIT bodyweight training is rising in popularity as a gadget-free, group-optional trend that can be done in the comfort of your own home, and it’s rising to the top of fitness trend polls.
