Embrace the Smoothie: In Pasternak’s recent interview with Self, he recommends the following:
“Smoothies are a great way to get all the nutrients you need in a delicious, convenient way. Not only that, but the act of blending breaks down the healthy ingredients in a way that increases the bio-availability of the nutrients.”
Less is Actually More: Try to be active all day; one fitness class isn’t enough to outweigh the lazy behavior of an entire day.
Watch Your Back: Pasternak notes that developing muscles like your hamstrings, glutes, and lower back can improve posture and protect you from injury.
